This year, we successfully underwent an operational and quality audit by the accredited Zertifizierung Bau GmbH in Berlin and can now call ourselves a W120-1 certified company!
In some districts in northern Germany, the requirements for protecting groundwater have now become stricter. Many authorities now require certification in accordance with DVGW worksheet W 120-1, which originally applied to companies in the well construction sector, for underground drilling in water protection areas.
This worksheet regulates how a borehole is to be removed, how it is to be dismantled and how it is to be remediated in order to safeguard the common property of water. In addition, documentation of the work carried out by a recognized hydrogeologist known to the authorities is often required. For some time now, we have had a qualified hydrogeologist in our team who will be happy to take on these tasks for you!
