We are looking for a motivated graduate in geology/geosciences/earth system sciences or geotechnical or civil engineering, preferably with a Master's degree. Your future tasks include:
- Project planning/preparation of geotechnical services
- Obtaining official permits and making appointments
- Carrying out site visits, site inspections and light field work (e.g. compaction tests, sampling)
- Preparation of site plans as well as profile sections, layer directories (including Sep3 format)
- Carrying out/evaluating geotechnical laboratory tests (e.g. sieve analyses)
- Data preparation, in particular quantitative project data and field results
- Preparation and processing of geotechnical reports
Prerequisites for an application are the confident use of MS Office programs and QGIS, business fluent written and spoken German, a class B driver's license and the willingness to visit projects outside the office. We also expect you to be able to work independently and be willing to take responsibility for your own area of work. A class C driver's license, an interest in exploratory technology and a good command of English are desirable, but not mandatory.
